Why this workshop, this Wholistic healing approach, and why now?
This workshop is rooted in an authentic approach to tantra yoga which rather than just being a form of exercise is a vibrant tradition and path of intimate relationship with our present moment (we only ever have our NOW), our body, our mind, and the Divine. In this workshop we will explore (click each box to explore):
Cyclical living is a lifestyle of honoring your unique cycle whether that is your menstrual cycle or moon cycle and working with it in your life vs. pushing uphill against it. Understanding and working with the cycles that affect your emotions, mental health, and energy improves your quality of life, promotes self care and health, and empowers you to live in your truth and fullest expression. Cyclical living is open to everyone no matter your job, schedule, or current menstrual season of life.
Inner work and the themes of consciousness are a wholistic healing modality that support your mental and emotional health as a whole and complete spiritual being (this is not a religious practice, but can be integrated into any religious belief system). Our mind works in a very predictable way and we can use the themes of consciousness as a road map to understand our own thought and emotional patterns, heal subconscious wounds and self sabotaging programs, and consciously take responsibility over how we perceive and experience life.
While yoga in the West has become popularized as a form of exercise and gymnastics like practices of mastering poses. The Sacred Yoga experiences that you will be guided through here are rooted in authentic and traditional yoga as a practice of union between your body, mind, and soul. In our 90 minute experiences we may explore a combination of breathwork practices, meditations, asana poses, kriyas, mantra, yantra, and inner work processes to guide you deeper into self awareness and hold space for you explore our various topics on a physical and tangible plane. (No yoga experience needed)
About Your Guide
I started my business after healing the toxic relationship that I had with my own body, period, lifestyle, and self worth and I know what it feels like to do everything "right" just to find yourself unhappy. I had the dream job, the opportunities, and the college grades, but also found myself burning out every month, hating myself on my period, having extreme panic attacks, and living in the future, thinking that this is just what you do to succeed. Everything changed when I came back to who I truly am, realized that my empowerment came from within me, and fostered a relationship of love and trust with my body, emotions, and my life. And along this journey, I found that I wasn't alone.

You do not need any previous experience in cyclical living, inner work, or yoga...
...just an open heart that feels called to this workshop. You know exactly what you need to thrive, give yourself permission to step outside of your comfort zone and try something new because it is in that courage that you discover your magic and how truly empowered you have always been.
We will meet for 3 Sundays (May 2, 9, and 16) from 11 am- 2 pm EST each day. The wonderful part of this workshop is that you receive the recordings too so if you are not able to join us for the full calls or can't come on one of the days, no worries. You will still receive the full experience and knowledge.
100% yes. This workshop is designed to empower you in rediscovering and working with your unique cycle. Regardless of your bleed status, you are still experiencing a monthly cycle and can choose to work closely with the moon to understand how the moon affects your emotions and energy. We will explore your unique inner seasons that will support you in cyclical living. This workshop is not designed to give you "shoulds" around your cycle, but rather we are focused on giving you the foundations to rediscovering your unique cycle and magic.
I completely understand this feeling and have been there myself along with many of my clients before working together. This workshop is designed to support you in navigating that overwhelm with confidence and control. You will learn how to balance your time and energy with your body's rhythm, move through your emotions feeling empowered and grounded, and find your happiness here and now with everything swirling around you. But the choice is yours whether you would like to keep running as you are in the overwhelm or try something new and step back into the drivers seat.
